Maybe all of you, have been heard about a band name Sixpence None The Richer.
The band who is famous with their single "Kiss Me". But I want to talk about
their vocalist. Her name is Leigh Bingham (June 27, 1976), better known as Leigh Nash.

In her early music career, She had several years experience
for singing in local cafe before she met guitarist and songwriter Matt
Slocum in the early 1990s.

They formed Sixpence None the Richer
and release the single "Kiss Me" in 1999. In 1999 th
ey received numerous Dove Awards, including Be
st Artist of the Year. The band was also nominated fo
r a Grammy Award. And then comes the second si
ngle There She Goes which hit billboard again.

In 2000, Nash sang the song Need to Be Next to You for
the movie Bounce which is written by Diane Warren.
It became Nash's first solo single.

After Sixpence split in 2004 ,Nash and her husband left their Nashville home
of ten years and moved to Los Angeles.

There, she release her first solo record, Blue on Blue.
The first single, "My Idea Of Heaven", was released to USA
radio the week of 14 July 2006, and the song "Ocean Size Love" seems to be the second single,
but it has been promo release only.

Bingham married PFR drummer Mark Nash in the late 1990s;
the couple met while both bands were performing at the Cornerstone Festival in Illinois.
They had a child in 2004. The couple divorced in 2007.
